Shipping

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 3 working days, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please let us know as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

We offer free worldwide shipping when your purchase is over $100 .

All packages are shipped with DHL from China and the estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note import taxes & duties are paid by the recipient.

Please notify us if your address has changed.

Be aware that any address modifications after the parcel has been shipped may incur a fee charged by the carrier.

* The above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). The estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please go to the page Contact and leave us a message for return address. From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 8-13 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return!

Unclaimed products

Please note that a fee of 60 USD is charged for packaged that have not been collected. The fee corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package, as well as the cost of receiving it in return. Please contact us immediately for return if you have regretted when the package has already been sent from us.
